Mildred O. Saunders is a frequent facilitator for the American Management Association. Memberships include the American Society for Training and Development, the Financial Support Network, Inc., American Women's Economic Development, the National Association for Female Executives, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Saunders is certified by the Small Business Administration as a federal vendor; Milsaun & Company is a certified small business for the City of New York.

A former member of Community Planning Board No. 7 for the City of New York, Ms. Saunders also serves on The Board of the Educational Sponsorship Program. She is an advisor for Operation Enterprise and often speaks at Youth Conferences. A graduate of The City University of New York, Ms. Saunders holds degrees in Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resource Management. Her corporate experience encompasses more than 10 years in sales and management positions at Reuben H. Donnelly.
